Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before withdrawals are processed. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
jiligame3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
All transactions on jiligame3 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jiligame3 does not accept or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
jiligame3 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Bets placed and accepted are final. jiligame3 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been confirmed by the system, except where required by applicable law or these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiligame3 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

Any unauthorized use of jiligame3 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiligame3 shall not be liable for:
jiligame3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jiligame3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
jiligame3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using jiligame3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jiligame3 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
jiligame3 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.
jiligame3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiligame3 will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of jiligame3 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jiligame3, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiligame3 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jiligame3 may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
